"We received the wrong room on the first night. I was short one bed and my son had to sleep on the floor. The heater had no controls on it to turn down the temperature. I had a late check in so it couldnot be taken care of the first night. When we asked for som sort of compensation we received the first night at 1/2 off. - Replacement room had one wall heater that would not stay lite. The maintenance person could not get it fixed so we had no heat. - We did not have a good time at this hotel. I have been at better."
